Very solid for olyimpic bar work, bench, squat and presses. not easy to adjust the width so won't be using it for dips or push ups. Pull ups and strap (austrialian) pull ups are good and it is very stable so you can use band training off it. Read more

When I first saw this piece of equipment, I was pulling out the credit card, but the price was too high. Now that its at its current price, I had to buy it. I tried it out in the store and liked the fact that it could be extended so high (8ft). I'm 6'5" and I didn't like door gyms because I would have to start on my knees. On this bar, I can be at full extension and do weighted pull ups without worrying about damaging a door frame. Overall, great buy and I would highly recommend it Read more

All you need is an Olympic bar, weights, and an adjustable bench and you can do anything with it. The down side is it is expensive. Also it could be build a little better. Read more
