It wasnt but I was given another delivery date. That came and went without a frig. Eventually the appliance distribution center said it was out of stock, but would be delivered by xxx. It wasnt. I was told it was in transit. (I can only say I was committed to this frig rather than state the lengthy reasons why.) It arrived! But it did not work. A service tech arrived in two days and talked to the Sears repair center or something like that. A new printed circuit board was ordered for delivery at my location. (The Sears rep suggested I cancel the frig as a return and order another. I did.) The new circuit board arrived over 3 weeks later and one more delivery date passed by. The new frig arrived a few days ago and it is working!! This transaction from payment to receipt of the frig took about 4 months.
