They took the time to read the instructions and check out the features and operations. They have both called to thank me and tell me that this camcorder is "Awesome". I don't think they have put them down much since they received them. I have received many videos of my grandchildren via email in the last few weeks. As they said it is Awesome. The pictures and sound have come thru great. I can't say there is anything I would change. Everything is so clear it's like being there with them.
