After I bought this, I had buyer remorse while I was waiting for it to arrive. I was concerned that it might be "cheep" or poorly constructed -- one never knows when they buy art over the internet. My husband and I were delighted and surprised at the quality of craftsmanship and wood. To see it in person took our breath away. We purchased this as a gift for someone, but decided that we too have to have it. So, we are buying a second one for ourselves.By the way, it comes with a sheet that explains the history of the calendar and what all of the symbols mean. It's very interesting. Read more

I bought this as a gift for my sister, i wanted to keep it for myself! The pictures do it no justice! The colors are so vibrant, and the craftsmanship is so amazing! The only part that caused a small problem was that it had no hardware, but with a welder as a husband my sister should have no problem figuring something out. I recieved my Aztec Calendar within a week of my purchase. They are out of stock now so i hope the restock so i can get one for myself. Read more

I just received this today and I am not disappointed with my purchase. It looks like it must have taken a long time because it is made of individual pieces. There are little imperfections but I think that they only add to the authenticity. The colors are vivid but not overbearing. I think that we will buy several more as gifts for family and friends.
