I bought two bottles of this product before the recall on the other hydroxycut products because it was on sale. I have a one month supply. It actually works. I have been using this product for about 2 weeks and have lost alot of inches. I have lost 6 lbs. My complexion is clearer. For me it boosts my metabolism and makes me sweat but not too much that you feel like you are going to pass out like other diet pills. After 20-30 minutes of cardio daily, I can tell it's really working. The only side effect I had was nausea because I took it on an empty stomach twice. You should probably eat something like breakfast and take the two doses before lunch and dinner. Overall I am impressed and will continue taking this product until the bottle runs out.
