I had this model for about 4 years and loved it - for the price, the suction is great, and the roller brush attachment is its best quality (great for getting cat hair off furniture, and superior for a quick clean to your car floormats and fabric seats). I left it in my old apartment when I moved out of state, thinking it was getting a little ratty after 4 years of use and I could easily find a replacement. I did NOT easily find a replacement after moving; I tried another brand and it was horrible. I found my replacement on Overstock and was thrilled when it arrived.Unfortunately, it flat out quit working after about a week. Thankfully Overstock's customer service is top notch and they sent me a new one hassle free, as well as a return label to send back the broken one. I did not lose any money because of shipping, and getting this problem resolved was quick and easy with Overstock's live chat with customer service. I bought this hand vac and it was shipped perfectly on time. I bought it to vacuum my car and to clean up wooden shavings (I just got a pet hamster) and so far it works great! Had to charge it so that it would work, I've charged it that one time and I have used it quite a few times since and have not had to recharge it. Also, comparing the price with other stores, this was the most bang for the buck! Read more

This vacuum is great for the purposes for which it was intended. It does a terrific job on the stairs in my home and is good for other light, quick cleanup For bigger jobs, of course, the larger vacuum is always the best. I would definitely recommend this item. Read more
