I bought this camera for my upcoming trip, and in overall in general to have my own camera.Pros-Features! There are 20 something settings on the camera; flower, snow, water, kids, pets, text, food, gallery, b&W the list goes on.-Ease of use! It took a little time for me to adjust to where everything was located, and the functions of the buttons, but after I learned, operating the camera was a snap.-Customizable (to a point.) I liked the ability to turn off the sound, opening screen and image review.-"Connectability" I had no trouble connecting the camera to my computer and whipping the pictures off, no software or extra drivers needed. (Note: The camera comes with a driver/software disk, but when I put the disk in my computer to install the driver, it said that I only needed the driver for Windows 98, and that my XP was fine. :D )-Zoom. There's a handy bar at the bottom of your screen that shows how "zoomed" you are. It starts in optical, and then has a little divider to show where opt

This is my very first DIGITAL camera. I am a fan of anything POLAROID. I saw the price and had to have it. I see here some of the nasty, and rude review concerning this product, lets set the record straight.READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. Not once not twice maybe 3 times. PRACTICE taking pictures of still and moving objects. Try to memorize the icons and what they do. After some time the camera really shows its true colors.I love it and would not trade it for the world. It took me 3 months to learn this camera and I am glad I never gave up. I love it so much I carry it in my mens clutch purse where ever I go. I have RAVE reviews about the quality of the pictures. My color printer is a simple basic Dell but you would never be able to tell that with the quality of the images it is printing out. If this camera is still available BUY IT BUY IT!!!! Just have patience. That is why ease of operation gets a 2 from me. Read more

Have had this about a week now and really like it. It is easy to use and set up, and for someone who still has trouble using a VCR without recording a blue screen, that is saying something. It's intuitive for most stuff (but take the time to read the instructions first). Pic quality is good. I bought it primarily for quick family web photos & ebay pics and it is great for both. Only criticisms: it does eat batteries and case feels a bit flimsy - but it does the job just fine. Always carry extra batteries and recommend a soft case to protect it. Has lots of really great features, like different photo type modes (pet, flowers, night, sepia, b&w, etc) & the ones I've tested work really well. Produces pics that look as good as my friend's pricey SLR and it is much lighter, smaller & easier to use. Read more

I saw this camera in a retail store for $99.00
I have had it about a month now and so far I have no complaints. The pictures are excellent and it is easy to operate.
Just a note about the batteries. I read a lot of complaints about this camera eating batteries. Here is what i know. It is true the battery meter goes down quik, however,,,,when it showed they were dead, I tested them with a volt meter and they showed 1.4 volts. when you put them back in, the battery meter shows FULL again. The battery meter may be inacurate, but a volt meter dont lie. So it looks like a lot of people have benn throwing away good batteries.
Thank you for providing good products at great prices. Read more

We bought this camera for our business because it was such a good deal - we got the camera and a 2gb sd memory card and a "starter pack" with a tripod and rechargable batteries and sd reader all for $100.00

My first impression of the camera is that it feels very cheap - the housing is plastic and some of the buttons wiggle a little. The LCD screen is nice and big, but the text and graphics on it are kind of basic looking.

That being said, the camera takes good pictures, and there are a ton of options. I've yet to explore everything this camera can do, but I think it will be just fine for the simple pictures we need to take this summer. Read more
