Positive - Three of the shelves in the refrigerator can be easily adjusted by turning a crank. No need to unload what is on the shelves. Very nice feature. Was on the few nicer refrigerators I could find without a water dispenser, which we didn't want. Very quiet except for the icemaker, which we shut off anyway. Very energy efficent. Negative - shorter than most models. Ice maker noisy (not a problem for us because we have a seperate ice make). Freezer should have adjustable shelves too. Like all countertop depth models, the overall capacity is lower than a comparable standard depth moder. Read more

The fridge is georgeous and great quality, however, the manufacturer should warn about it's design limitations. The shelves on the fridge door are so deep and bulky that one cannot open the interior drawers unless you can open door at least 150 degrees. Actually GE, LG, Kitchenaid, Whirlpool, and most brands side-by-side model's drawers are accessible with doors open at only 90 degrees- it seems to be the standard. Even Jenn-air's french door model's drawers are accessible with doors open only 90 degrees. Jenn-airs web-site doesn't even offer a interior veiw or a warning about the doors. So I special ordered this model after Home Depot salesman told me it should be similar to Jenn-Air's french door model. So due to my kitchen design the fridge door only opens around 110 degrees and I can only open the interior drawers a few inches - USELESS!!! Only option for tall items is top shelf which minimizes heigth of other shelves. One of the adjustable shelves unstable. Fell out when I tried to raise it. Read more

I love, love, love this fridge! It's beautiful, keeps everything cold, and has tons of space. Plus it hardly ever comes on (it's very efficient)! The ice maker was making ice right away. I would definitely recommend it. Read more
