I have to figure out how to clean the burnt spills yet. Rubbing leaves scratches. But cooking and looking on this range is a pleasure. Very precise controls of 4 different sizes. The oven convection mode is great when you need to cook several meals at a time or big dish like turkey. Full surface grates give a very good balance. You need a powerful hood with this range. Gas ranges do not get much better than this Bosch Evolution Gas Range. Burner power distribution is right on. Burner controls are precise, have a wide control range, and are very repeatable. The convection oven and warming drawer are roomy and great. The construction, fit and finish, and choice of materials are of the highest quality. The only complaint is that the rotary wheel control for the various range functions is a bit lame and can be confusing. Bosch should have added a Press to Enter function to the rotary wheel.
