I like the item. The instructions could be improved. But the item works well and once you understand how to use it. It's a good product! SVP is great. I ordered a spare battery form them and the price was reasonalble; it got to me in 3 days. Overstock's price is actually less than the SVP online store price. Great little camera. The only problem I ran into is that the SVP 8GB SDHC card that comes with it does not work with the camera. We also have a Canon HF S10 (a much more sophisticated camera), and the SD card that came with the SVP T500 works in that camera. However, you will need to purchase another SDHC card before you can use this unit. Read more
