Rode my Carena Pro bike across Iowa this summer - along with many other long rides - and I have yet to get a flat tire, loose chain, gear or brake issues. I have the 2008 model. I can't tell the difference compared to this newer version. Very lightweight. Right size for me. I'm 5'1 and usually having a hard time finding the right size. I got the xsmall and fit perfect. Gears shifts smoothly. Fast on the road and super lightweight. I can even run and carry my bike at the same time. Very pleased with the price too. I love this bike!

I have the 2008 version of this bicycle and I absolutely love it. I am small (5'2") and the XS frame fits me really well. I use the bike for casual rides, long endurance rides, and a little knocking around town. I would use it more for commuting but I can't stand the thought of putting a rack on the bike to carry all my junk so I am limited to what I can put on my back. I did a lot of shopping around before I bought this bike and I'm convinced that it's the best priced bike in its class. And it is, hands down, the most elegant bike of its kind.
