At first, I wasn't sure that I liked the way it loaded. However, that was just a matter of getting used to the new loading arrangement. Now....I LOVE it! It cleans way better than my old dishwasher. It even removed old stains from my corningware. I really like the adjustable top rack. I can raise or lower it to accomodate my large pots on the bottom or tall things on top. I love the child lock. I love the sanitizing option. I can actually put the dishes into the machine dirty! And When they are clean, they are really clean. The racks are so wonderfully adjustable that i can fit my big 40 cup mixing bowl in. And the rack keeps the silverware from nesting.
