It also helped give me a boost of energy, and heightened my thinking skills as well. Very similar to energy drinks, but more mild and doesn't give you that 'jittery' feeling that energy drinks tend to do. Just wish it came in more flavors, but it tastes fine. I found it a bit sweet and ended up mixing these in liter-sized bottles (sometimes 2L). Not sure what artificial sweetener is in this but there's definitely a chemical-sweet taste, which is why I would recommend diluting this. It is a nice change to plain water but appaers to be nothign more than Crystal Lite, though this was a nice drink to stave off afternoon food cravings.
