And while they don't have quite as much support as other styles of Crocs, I wouldn't trade them for anything! I haven't worn them being on my feet for over 4 hours, so you may want to check it out before trying it for 8 hours a day. The size on these don't match all of the other Crocs. But I wear a size 7 in this style as well as the Athens (flip flops), but I wear a size 8 in the Cayman. The back of the shoe is a lot stiffer than the casual croc styles, so make sure you get the right size ... or you could end up with the same situation as the other person (wedding photographer) who reviewed it. They are exactly what I was looking for. I work in a professional business environment (aka heels every day) and then work retail on the evenings and weekends. After being on my feet at my retail job for a couple of hours - my feet used to be killing me. The Crocs saved my day - and my attitude. It's hard to be chipper and have your feet feeling like they are going to fall off. These are great for being on your feet all day - also great while traveling. I have bad lower back problems and I do wedding photography. I am ALWAYS on my feet. Times ranging from 8-10 plus hours at a time! I bought these shoes thinking they'd be great for weddings. I was wrong. They rubbed my heal so bad it rubbed my skin off! I had to go barefoot by the end of the night. The backs of the shoes are too stiff. I own these in a 9 and a 10 and I cannot wear the 9 (due to chafing). Note, as the other reviewer said, there are no holes and these do not breathe. So, you'll probably have to run them through the dishwasher more often (to get the sweat, etc. out of them). Otherwise, they're great.
