It is a beauty. The craftsmanship is excellent, the leather is very good quality, soft and truly silky, and the gold tone hardware is also good quality. The interior is roomy. I usually carry my bags on my shoulder but, in this case, I welcome the opportunity to carry it in my hand. I am still not sure what the outside zippered pocket will be useful for, but I will certainly find a practical use for it. Zappos' customer service is the best.
