I love these shoes. That's why I'm here; I need to replace the pair I have now. I bought a pair of the 'metal' colored shoes when they first came out. I wear them most of the time. These shoes are pretty, versatile, comfortable, and stylish. I have received many compliments on them. I had to go up about 1/2 size, but they fit perfectly. My problem is with their durability. I cleaned them off one day and was astonished at the amount of dirt that came off. Then I realized that I had removed the stain that gives them the metal color; they are gold now. The elastic has stretched and puckered somewhat. I recently lost one of the rhinestones. When I took it to the shoe repair, they said I couldn't move one from a less noticeable place to replace the lost one. So, here I am wanting a new pair. [...] Read more

It is the middle of October and I have just purchased my second and third pair of Naot\'s Ashley. It is the perfect shoe for my foot. I bought my first pair in March(the brushed silver, which is my favorite) and immediately wore them in Mexico\'s San Miguel de Allende. The cobblestone streets were treacherous but no problem for me. My weak arches were happy and I wore the shoes constantly. I have mostly worn them daily since then and just finished a 3 week tour in Italy. They were to be my back-up shoe, figuring I would carry them along as an extra shoe.They even survived walking through rugged Pompeii My primary shoe was also a Naot walking shoe with a closed toe. (I also bought that shoe from Zappos) That was a comfortable shoe as well, but I ended up wearing this Ashley sandle every day and evening. These shoes are beautiful and soooooo comfortable. I have them in 5 different colors but my favorites are copper and the peacock is a very pretty color that goes with most anything you wear. I would order up at least 1/2 size since I think they run a little small. I have very high arches and the arch support is exceptional. I can wear these all day and my feet do not get tired. The crystals add a little extra glitz making them look more like a dressy sandal. They are really cute worn with shorts, capris or skirts. You might want to spray them (especially the footbed) with suede and nubuck protector when you first get them to keep them from showing wear. Read more

While visiting my daughter out of town, she slipped on my Naot Ashleys to run to my car. She came back and expressed how wonderful they were. I gave them to her. On the way home I was depressed that I no longer had my Naot Ashleys. As soon as I came in the house I got on my computer and found another pair just like them. I ordered them on Sunday night and received them the next Friday. Now I am happy again. Read more
