I purchased this product hoping it would make cleaning a little easier. While it does it's job, you still need to use a little muscle to get it done. I really don't like the fact you can't store all the attachments. I just keep everything in the box together. I have only used it a couple of times for tile floor, shower door and window cleaning. Like I said it does clean, but steaming and the need for towel wiping after makes for a longer cleaning process. I probably wouldn't purchase if I had the chance to do over - not real impressed. We bought the cleaner to clean our gas grill. And couldn't believe what a great job it did. The grill looks brand new. We also used to it to clean the grout on our tile floor. Something that took days to do took a couple of hours and the grout looks great. Now I used it to clean the tile floor which really cut down on cleaning time and the floor feels so much cleaner. With all the different attachments it's used all the time even in the bathroom. You can get into all the little cracks and crevices and gets rid of soap scum in no time. Read more
