I have had this unit in place for two years. I had a problem with it early but it was fixed under warranty - no problem. Works very well both heating and cooling, although sometimes the temp sensor doesn't seem too accurate and it overcools or overheats. It is also noisier than I thought it would be. Control panel just quit so I have it back at the authorized repair center. Took nearly a month to fix the first time and looks like about that long this time too. Very disappointed in quality of the unit. Read more
