        I have not had the Avanti range for long, but it was great to find a 24 inch range with a smoothtop cooktop. I also considered the DeLonghi (DEGLSC24SS) and the Fisher Paykel (OR24SDPWSX1), but didn&apos;t need the warming drawer. GE (JAP02SNSS) makes a less expensive 24 electric smoothtop range in stainless steel with a full size drawer, but I liked the look of the Avanti much more and it has convection cooking. 
  It looks great, has convection cooking, and a drawer that fits the broiler pan and maybe a cookie sheet or two. The inside light seems to stay on when you cook or I have not figured out how to turn it off, which some may consider a pro and others may consider a con. It is a beautiful oven and the front glass door is very reflective so you don&apos;t have to look inside an ugly oven. The largest burner is made so that you can use it as a large diameter burner or just turn on the inside ring and use it as a small burner.         In reality this range looks better then the picture its self.
