I purchased this iron on sale at Macy's a couple of months ago. Although it looks cool, it leaks badly from the steam chamber. I've tried only filling the chamber partially full, but it doesn't seem to help. I would not recommend this product. Read more

I wouldn't even give this iron 1 star if it wasn't mandatory. They should offer a 0 for Awful. After only 2 months it quit gliding over ALL clothing, even if the heat setting was turned down. No matter where you put the heatsetting, after a minute, if not before, it sticks to the clothing. Terrible ! Then a few months later the heat setting dial acts as if it is stripped. Of course, the iron leaks too ! Don't waste your money like I did. I will never buy this brand again !!!!!!!!!!! Read more

I purchased this iron for a friend it was listed on her bridal shower registry. So when my iron when dead on me i figured i would try it, well lets just say I have been pleasently surprised, the iron is remarkbly smooth and handles all types of wrinkles. But the most important feature is the automatic shut off. I have tested this after five minutes on non use, the iron will shut itself down.This iron is a great buy!!!!!!!!!! Read more

I found this steamer to be great. In the instructions it tells you if you are using it often, to take the steps towards cleaning out the calcium. When I did this, it never was the same. Not only does it make odd clicking noises, but when first turning it on, it is leaving flaky light brown deposits all over our clothes. It is still functional though, and will be my iron until it gives out..or I do ! Read more
