Our first test for the new oven was this past Thanksgiving (I know - What were you THINKING?!) with a 16 lb. turkey. We had never used a convection oven before, so we were both a little anxious and nervous as to how it would go - And GO it did! It cut the overall cooking time down by at least a third, and we are happy to say that we received MANY compliments on how well the turkey turned out! If you're thinking of upgrading from a conventional oven to a convection, don't wait any longer - Just be prepared to have more time to work on other things (an extra bonus during the holidays)! Looking forward to many more meals prepared in our new oven - It ROCKS! Great reviews in Consumer Reports as well (no surprise). Read more
