Other reviews that I have read rated the company and it's products very high in customer service and satisfaction with the products themselves. The performance of this vac is excellent. The only downfall is that it does not come with any attachments and the info is vague as to what you get with it or what other options are available for this particular model. You will have to put a little effort/ research into that. Other than that, great product. Maneuvers in tight places. Under beds, along walls, etc. Suction is excellent. Quiet. Simple to change out filter bag. We like the long power chord. Lightweght. Doesn't take up much more space than a broom. Emer does have other models that are higher end but none were available thru sears so we went with what we could get at the time.
