I've never had a convection oven before and I love how quickly and evenly everything cooks with this oven. Extraordinarily beautiful and sleek design with alot of burner size and temperature versatility for both fast and even cooking. Stove temperature setting takes some getting used to, especially without a digital display of oven temperature, but it hasn't turned out to be a problem. Read more

[...] Putting the range together takes experience considering the gas hook ups(nice to be included as opposed to buying separate). The btus and cook top are superior, although I think we may have done something wrong with the pressure valve for the oven because it doesn't turn on as easily as the cook top. The range itself is beautiful, pro looking, and easy to clean . The knobs and burners are sturdy as well as beautifully designed. I especially love the center burner which cooks as high as 17,000 or as low as 8500 btus. I cook everyday and love the versatility. There isn't one burner that disappoints. I have a toddler who wants to explore everything. I got rid of my [...] because he was able to open the oven door and turn on the burners. With the Fisher paykel he isn't able to operate the knobs or open the oven door.For the price and beauty I would recommend this to anyone who wants the viking style at a better price. Read more
