We were replacing a 3.5 inch under cabinet TV/Radio which is 20+ years old. Trying to find a replacement in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada was impossible. The all too familiar “Nobody wants those, everyone is getting a wall mount, now we have….” was the usual answer. So off to the net. A couple of goggles and bingo, just what we wanted. We checked the reviews (pros and cons) then decided to go for it. The order was placed, [...] Setup was easy for this under the cabinet unit. Here’s a tip: if you drill from the underside of the cabinet, flip the pattern so the printing is to the cabinet. The front of the pattern is still the front and the back the back. It would be nice if the pattern would be printed on both sides with appropriate LARGE BOLD LABELING of the appropriate side (UNDER – INSIDE). This product is a great size for the kitchen!! It's very attractcive also. It has all you need DVD, CD, radio and TV. The things that I don't like about minor, personal things but things that matter to me. Like the clock when you're listening to the radio the clock doesn't show up. To change from one setting to the other, i.e., radio to tv, it takes forever!! the sound quality is not so great. The menu for the tv is a little difficult for me at least to manuever through. I had to return the first one that we purchased because there was a shortage somewhere and the screen whited out!! This was particularly annoying since I had only really put down the screen to watch tv a handful of times and I thought what if I was pulling this down everyday to watch it what would happen then. I just thought it would be better quality and I think it's lacking. Overall it's nice but I'm disappointed since we paid a good dollar for a product that I don't think will last that long!!! This product is perfect. I like to have a TV or radio going when I am in the kitchen. I do not have cable/satelite hooked up to this unit. Just an antenna and the HD channels come in very good except for Channel 2 (CBS), (they really need to do something about that. They are losing viewers because of it.) The radio sound and reception is very good. I highly recommend this product. Read more

Thought this under the counter TV would be great since I thought it had a built-in system that would allow me to go digital when television changed to all digital. I have been trying and trying to get the television to pick up digital signals but no luck. I live in West Virginia and our local station went digital on Feb. 17th but this television will not pick it up. Otherwise I like the TV and all the other features it offers. Read more

It worked for exactly 3 weeks when the screen went blank. I was told by AudioVox to return to their repair facility in Hauppauge, NY. When a month went by and it didn't come back I called and was told that they had told me the wrong place to send it back that they had sent it to Buffalo and that I should recieve it back in a few weeks. Three weeks went by, no TV so I called Buffalo (after being put on hold for close to an hour in both places) that it can't be repaired, that it has to be replaced but they don't have any replacements for it and don't know when they will because it has to come from Hong Kong. So now I've waited three months only to be told they have no idea when I will get a replacement! Never once did they offer to replace it with another product. I suggested they could get one from one of their retail outlets and they told me it didn't work that way, so basically I'm SOL, waiting on a boat from Hong Kong. Read more
