The styling, fit and finish is great, but this helmet really works as a safty device. It has a crumple zone on the inner shell that works during impact. It is ECE 2205 rated which is the MotoGP standard. It is the highest standard you can get. The shield is 3mm thick and polycarbonate ao you can bend it all the way back and it wont break. Most helmets come with 1.8 to 2.0 thick shield...
