I purchased this phone for a wall mount. With only one fixed point versus other phones that have two, the phone moved quit a bit on the wall as the handset cord extended. Read more

The phone is well thought out and made. The caller id functions are off the hook; it shows you the time the caller first called, then tells you the number of times that caller kept trying to call you (ie 3x), although it doesn't tell you the other times they called, just tells the time of the first. On the caller id, you can just pick up the receiver and it dials that number in 3 different formats: 123-4567, (123)456-7899, or 1 (123)456-7899. The phone also tells you who is calling while you are talking to someone else, like when you have call waiting service. The phone doesnt come with very long cords, but that is cool enough, a quick home upgrade. I really am satisfied with this phone, so much in fact that i plan on replacing the rest of my phones with this one. My complaint with my other phones is that although they claim to have call id on the call waiting, they never work. The caller id's on my other phones seem to go out quick and be unreadable, but the Panasonic KXTSC11W makes

I use this phone as my main home phone.

I like all the features including, but not limited to, the ease of adding names/numbers into the phonebook and the large Caller ID display.

It is hard to find a corded phone that has Caller ID with Call Waiting so that feature was what sold me on this phone.

It can be wall mounted or used on a desk. I have it wall mounted and it would be better on a desk because I really have to be careful in hanging the phone up to make sure it's going to stay hung up. That is the only thing I don't like about the phone.

I have had this phone well over a month and the batteries are still strong. Read more

I needed a phone for my home, and this one does everything I could possibly ask in a land line phone.
Design in the only major con..it's designed to blend into an office, not a home. If this is the sort of thing that would bother you then look elsewhere. Read more

I was looking for a simple, non cordless phone to wall mount in the kitchen. I wanted caller ID and a phone with a voicemail indicator that would work with my cable phone service. This phone filled the bill perfectly. My only qualm is that the handset does tend to slip out too easily when wall mounted. Quality device for the low-price. Read more
