I recently purchased the 5” version with Bluetooth, MP3 Player, and FM transmitter and must say that it’s one of the best purchases I have made in recent memory.

It was easy to set up, especially with AcitveSync; makes transferring maps and music files a breeze. I really like the Bluetooth and FM transmitter since I can receive and make phone calls using the GPS as a handsfree (with the upcoming handfree law it’s perfect). The FM transmitter sends both music and calls through my car speakers – one special note on the FM transmitter is that unlike others I have used (i.e. iPod FM Transmitters) this one really works! I set it on 88.7FM and the FM transmitter cuts out any of the static or weak signals from nearby stations and provides a clear reception – I live in Los Angeles and it comes through clear.

With all the nice features, you can forget how accurate and convenient mapping and Points of Interest (POI) can be. In addition, I travel a lot for business and rather than paying

I recieved one of these for X-Mas. I'm usually into the techy stuff as I'm an Engineer who supports Windows Mobile and CE PDA's, but never really wanted a GPS device. Well, I got one now, and I love it. I never heard of this brand name before as many others I would assume. The first thing I did was upgrade the software as I do this for many electronic devices. I would recommend the same. It's real simple, but takes a bit of time to download (depends on your internet speed).

Once upgraded, I powered it up and the display was pretty good. I wouldn't say it's top-of-the-line. I went through some of the menus by touching the screen and it was really simple to navigate through.

I noticed that it would play MP3 and MP4's and had a video line in. Tons of gadets that I will probably not use, but I added some MP3's to the SD card (SDMMC Disk) and it play just fine on the GPS device. Neat, but I will probably never add any more.

Next I mounted it to the windshield of my To

I'm still learning the ins and outs of quickly programing it, but it seems this unit can do everything. I purchased a large sd card and i like how many mp3's i can load and play while i drive. I don't have a bluetooth phone yet, but i look forward to using that feature to. The FM tuner helps with both features.

the mpeg4 feature basically turns it into a sony psp. and the five inch screen is awesome. still learning how detailed the maps are. alot of new construction in my area so hard to evaluate. Read more

THE PRODUCT IS HORRIBLE. I HAVE HAD IT FOR LESS THAN A MONTH AND IT IS NOT WORKING. FIRST OF ALL, IT GAVE ME INCORRECT DIRECTIONS, THEN THE GPS SIGNAL WAS LOST. I WAS TOLD TO SEND THE CHIP INTO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I SENT THEM THE CHIP AND THEY SENT IT BACK MISCONFIGURED. I KEEP TRYING TO CALL CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND THEY ARE NO HELP AT ALL. I ALSO HAVE A TOM TOM THAT I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROPLEMS WITH FOR THE PAST YEAR. Read more
