I am pleased with this treadmill. This is the first one I have ever owned. I was going to purchase one a few years ago, and my husband talked me into an elliptical machine. I couldn't ever use it because it was so hard to build up on, so it set there. I decided I was going to get what I initially set out for. I looked at the item online, and then went to the store to check it out. The salesman asked what we intended to do with it, run or walk. I wanted to at least walk but run if I wanted to. He told me that this treadmill would not work for a runner and that I would need to look at a Nordic Track. I was worried about spending this amount of money, and because I thought his remarks were based on commission, there was no way I was going to buy one of those right off the bat. So I went home and thought about it for a week. The next weekend, I ordered it online (because it was cheaper than in the store!??), and drove back to the store the same day to pick it up. I am tickled to death with

What is everyone complaining about - I just bought this today and was worried because of the reviews of putting it together and things not working..etc. But hey for a total of $350 after an online coupon - I had to go for it. This thing is great. I AGREE you will need 2 people to put this together. There really is not alot of parts - Myself and my 7 year old put this together in about 2 hours. I needed my wife when we attached the tread to the main frame - FOR THAT PART ONLY I RECcOMEND 3 PEOPLE. Only because you need one to hold, two to pull the arms apart and a 3rd to screw in. I also reccomend a power drill for screwing in the screws. The directions were great. We got it assembled and Myself, my wife, and my 2 kids all tested it for about 2 hours. Everything works great. One thing I noticed****If you are inclined and you pull the saftey key out - it will seem like you broke it - you actually need to wait while it goes through a self test - this takes about 30sec to 1min. This is our first treadmill and we are very pleased with our purchase. Putting it together was a bit difficult, but not impossible, the directions were clear and a bit of extra patience helped the process. The ease of use is great. My husband likes the pre-programmed workouts and I enjoy being able to set my own pace. The use of the crosswalk arms does improve the cardio part of your workout and I am pleased we choose this model. The quality is good and the treadmill seems to be quite sturdy. The noise level is low enough that I can hear the t.v. without having to blast the sound. Highly recommend this for home use. Read more

I bought this treadmill for $350 (on-line order + in-store pick up) and consider it a really good deal for the price.

Let me warn you assembly will NOT be pleasant, but once its assembled, its a pleasure to use and look at. One of the reasons I chose this one was its size. I dont have a lot of room and frankly dont like to look at bulky equipment parked in my house. This one is compact enough so it doesnt take over the whole house and looks nice so its not embracing to have around when you have friends visiting.

It is a little shaky if you dont hold on to the bars while walking, but that doesnt bother me that much. I feel like you have to sacrifice something for the small size. I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth it was. I use it to walk and run at 2.5 4.0 m/h and my elderly mother uses it to walk at 0.6 m/h and it works fine on any of those speeds.

Another feature I like is pre-programmed workouts. There are 6 of them and they go from easy to strenuous. I havent tried all of

This is a great treadmill for the price! I was a little scared of putting it together after some of the previous reviews I read, but my husband and I put it together in about an hour and a half without much difficulty. The directions were easy to follow. The treadmill has everything we were looking for but is also compact enough to fold up and store in the corner of our living room. My husband loves the preset workouts (there are 6 of them) and the fact that it has an incline. It also has a heart rate monitor and 2 places on either side of the display to store things (we use them for a bottle of water and the TV remote). I'd recommend this treadmill to anyone who is not looking to spend a lot of money but still wants a good quality treadmill. We have had ours a few months and have had no problems with it. Read more
