This was a good idea but it is just a burden on your gameplay. The handle fit is somewhat a hastle because the buttons are still showing, and with a full grip, like you would use when holding the "bat", some buttons just get pushed down. The whole idea of adding pieces to relate to the game being played was a good idea but its more 'cute' than useful. The parts DO add a greater feel for the game that you're playing but don't add much to anything in the outcome of your action. If you're playing WiiSports, it's just easier, and faster to just use the plain remote. If you still want a bigger handle or whatever, then just buy a colorful remote guard or something. Don't go by negative reviews I didn't and brought this for my system. It is a good quality product and I loved playing with it, it made the game playing so much fun. I will now go out and by another set to use with my other controller so we won't fight over who gets to use it. Read more

My son got this for Christmas, and we used it Christmas Day to play the sports games. It really helps you feel like you are playing the game. It gives the controller some weight so you swing like you mean it. Just make sure you have enough room, but even if you hit something it's not that bad because it's Nerf! Read more

Kids love it. However, buy two sets if you have more than one child for reasons that are obvious. They love the true sports feel and actually helps the younger ones align the wii remote correctly. Read more

I bought the product for my younger grands,because they can not brake anything around them with it.Each item played nice,and my grands loved each piece.I would buy it again so when it wears out,the grands would have a back up for the wii game.I found nothing wrong with it.It's good for younger children,to play with.
