My son like all the others loves cars. He got this for Christmas right after he turned 3. We wanted to take it back, but he said it was o.k. that it feel into pieces. Grandpa was heart broken. My husband does Auto Body Repair and is a 15 year Journeyman, So I know the thing was put together right! I'd like to Kick the enginer who designed this. My son now that he is almost 3 and half is so frustrated with this toy. He still loves it, but ever time he plays with it he is angry. Fot what this toy costs it is not worth the money. By the smaller bachelor pad, my son has that and loves it, no problems. Do not buy this toy. I am contacting Matell to see what they have to say about this toy. Read more

I have bought a lot of toys for my 4 children and I think this may be the worst toy ever. It is poorly constructed and falls apart. If we hadn't torn the box apart at Christmas I would have returned it. Read more

I like to buy age appropriate toys, to my opinion this is not for 4 and 5 year olds. I bought the Mega Mack Playtown for my 5 year; he loves this toy but he can not put it together on his own. Needs an adults help to put together and to close after playing. (So much for clean up clean up…) Very complicated at first. The sounds and phrases from Mack are nice. In my opinion this is toy is for big kids and people that are collecting Disney Pixar Car character. Not for little ones. Disappointing. Nice Collectable Read more

I bought this truck for my son back in October for his 3rd birthday after begging and begging for it. Initially he loved it but after a day or two he began to not even see it anymore. It would fall apart so easily, and its hard for them to put the pieces back on it. He cant even close it. Just dosent work very well either. Nothing is great about it. It is actually still quite small. I hate that I spent [$] dollars on something that youd expected to buy for [$] or [$]. (if that). Oh and not to mention, My truck never ever made the sounds it should. After installing new batteries numerous times it never worked. We have no idea how its even suppose to sound or what he says. I am soo upset with this maker for ripping us off. My son has a smaller MACK truck that makes no noise, was cheaper and he Still plays with that one. His favorite, that one was worth it but definetly not this one. Do not buy this toy. YOu'll will be equally disappointed with the rest of us. Read more

This was a nice idea but a 4 year old child is unable to close up the semi and is unable to attach the piece that shoots out the car since it requires too much pressure to secure it. This piece also has to be removed each time the semi is closed up. None of the extra pieces fit in the semi as shown for storage. The scenery pieces are supposed to attach to the sides for looks but have to be torn down each time to clost the semi and a kid could care less about them. The way the semi sides are attached to pull out into a playset and close up into a semi again keep falling off and a child cannot attach them again. The level of play was pretty boring. My son lost interest real quick because of frustration and this item went back to the store on Dec 26th. It was not played with after trying to keep it together and make it work as it was supposed to. Overall--A Big Piece of Junk and not worth the money! Read more
