Nice bag overall

This bag is the perfect size if you're the type of person that likes to be prepared for EVERYTHING, which is why it's perfect for us. It fits tons of stuff, and also has an expandable zipper if you need more room. I really like the insulated bottle holder, and many pockets to fit cellphone, wallet, camera, etc. It's good for long trips and day trips and has been pretty durable for the mot part. Its also gender neutral, so my husband doesn't mind slinging it around.

The one design flaw is how the handle was connected to the bag. When you carry the bag over your shoulder, the fabric of the strap pulls at the bag, which requires you the straighten it out often. Read more

We absolutely love this diaper bag! We have NEVER had any trouble with the zippers or velcro closures. I can only say great things about it! Our daughter is almost 6 months old and have used it since she was born. Love the padded and adjustable shoulder strap. Love the option of zipper or velcro closure for the main pocket (when we stuff it really full, we can still throw the flap over and the velcro closes it all in!). Love all the pockets to stay organized (we use one for our camera, one for "mommy and daddy stuff", etc). Love the changing pad included. Very easy to clean inside and out. Love the stroller straps that work great whether we have our large or small stroller with us and whether we have the bag stuffed full (and heavy) or just a few things in it. Love the adjustable size. This bag fits plenty for a long trip, but also works just fine for a small trip! It's gender-neutral (both for mommy and daddy, and if you don't know if you're having a boy or girl). We have nothing bad

In my quest for the perfect diaper bag, I was lucky enough to stumble across this gem. This diaper bag is PERFECT. For starters, though it is a bit plain, it's something my husband won't be embarrassed to carry around. The strap adjusts on BOTH sides so that the shoulder stays centered whether you want the strap to hang short or long. It has several very useful pockets on the inside for organization (thank God), two pockets on the outside, two on the messenger flap, and one large one on the back for the changing pad. Thankfully, the velcro that holds this bag shut is incredibly strong. Also, the bottle insulator is great because it's easily accessible and actually works. This product also features Microban, which prevents a lot of nasty germs from infesting (and stinking up) the diaper bag. I highly recommend this bag to anyone and everyone looking for something practical, spacious (but not overtly huge), highly functional, and reliable. You can't go wrong with this one. Read more

We needed a 2nd diaper bag after our daughter was born (we already had 3 but all were to small for 2 kids stuff). I searched and researched diaper bags, and only found 1 on a site that was[$] We went to BB's R Us and saw this one in red, w/coupon it was [$]!!! It is the BEST bag, seperate everything so I can keep the kids meds, toys, etc. all seperated and easy to reach. This is the best engineering concept in a diaper bag that I've ever seen, or use. As much as I really wanted a cutesy pink thing for my daughter (that was the excuse for a new bag) I'm so glad we decided on this one. It will no doubt be used for yrs to come, and it doesn't look like a typical diaper bag. I can't say enough about it. Love the stroller hook on snap tabs, which saves tons of room in the bottom basket, and saves my back the stress and annoyance of trying to get to something that is unreachable. Someone should get an award for the design of this thing! Read more

I registered for this bag and loved it the first many months of use. However, it quickly started ripping at the inside cover to the point that now I can't pull the cover off the Velcro without it falling apart. I read the reviews but figured it was a few faulty products and that it wouldn't happen to us. I was wrong. I like the bag itself so I first called the retail location who told me to call the manufacturer. We called Columbia. It's not a Columbia bag, rather, they just have their name on it to sell the product. The true manufacturer is a company called California Innovations who did send me a replacement bag but they sent me a bright red one. I do not want a bright red diaper bag. I asked about exchanging for my original black or getting a refund and I was told they do not warranty color and do not give refunds so I am now STUCK with this red bag that clashes with every baby item I have. I am so disappointed with the quality of the product, with Columbia (I bought this
