I have only been taking this product for a week and have noticed that I have dropped 4 pounds. I know that's not a HUGE amount of weight, and I know that most people looking at diet pills are really looking for the Magical Answer. This is not that pill. You will not do yourself any good if you don't drink a full bottle of water with it (usually about 15 mins before you eat). You won't help yourself if you "eat everything you want" and still expect to lose a Significant amount of weight. Usually I eat 4-5 times a day. I eat this way because I am sustaining a level metabolism and energy level, I am feeling less hungry, and I am able to stop binging. I only weigh 144 lbs now, what up to 148 last week. I am not looking for a HUGE weightloss answer, I just need a little aide to help me maintain my eating habbits. This is week 2 of using this product. I started off with a lower dosage due the amount of caffeine related ingredients. I just took one pill in the morning. I had great energy, not jittery or racing heartbeat, just wide awake. Then I upped it to 1 pill in the morning & 1 at lunch (just like they said, 15mins before meal)with the same type of energy. (I havent started taking the 2 pill dosage yet.) I then realized I wasnt eating as much at mealtimes. I weigh every morning and I was losing 1/2 - 1 lb everyday. So far I have lost 8 lbs (7 days). I havent really changed my diet as far as what I eat but I have definitely seen a decrease in the amount I eat and I dont even want to snack between meals anymore. I am concerned about the ingredients & lack of clinical tests that arent available. I am also concerned about the addiction to those ingredients if you ever want to stop taking them. This is a fantastic product.Like everyone else, I have tried them all. I a 48, with a previous weight loss of 30+ pounds over the past 2 years. The body fat stayed even after the weight loss, and the horrible stomach still hung over the top of my clothes. Not to mention the roll of fat at the bra strap...[$] I didn't loose weight, but I did loose the body fat! I went down one whole size with one bottle. My pants were a 12, and now are a 10. My tops were a Large and now are a medium. I did NOT change a thing. I didn't change my diet, or do exercise...just didn't have time with work and college. To see the fat go away is the best thing I can ask for. It's not always the weight that is a problem. i take two pills in the morningand it is amazing i have tried every diet pill that is out there.i read reviews on pills and reading the negative reviews for this one just upset me. cause this pill REALLY works. i started taking it in january and have lost 40lbs i am now down to 158lbs. i was off it for two months trying the other fade diet pills but nothing works as well as this pill i tell everyone i know about it that is trying to get rid of weight. and when i was off it i didnt gain any of the weight back which was just another added bonus. I've tried many diet pills... mainly to give me the extra energy boost when working out and to control my binges. Unfortunally, about 90% of the products on the market result in headaches. Akavar has not given me any headaches, mood swings, or caffinene withdrawl symptoms like others in the past. The company marketing material completely needs to be changed I think, it is a bit mis-leading plus I had to find a 3rd party supplier to check out the ingredients...cause I want to know what i'm taking. In anycase, unlike what the marketing says...to get the best results, change your diet! Use the pills as a temporary tool. I only take 2 pills daily around lunchtime. any more your on a caffiene rush... at least for me. Make sure you eat something small though!! Overtime, thats not healthy. Eating lighter/healthier foods that meet or are slightly under the daily caloie intake is a must. Cut back on pop, coffee, etc.. the key is drink water!
