This is a very powerful little unit! It easily accomodates a dinner plate which is great as we use it primarily for reheating. I was not swayed by the extra little features when I purchased, but I find them incredibly useful! The unit is small and squat giving it a very small footprint on your counter and it vents from the sides allowing items to be placed on top if it. The design of the door is a great feature as it covers the keypad allowing for a very clean appearance. We have only had this unit about a month, but it is a Sharp......we expect it to last for many years. I would reccomend this unit in a heartbeat! Read more

You get use to hitting the button more than once.... so the turn table doesn't spin .....then you finally break down and get this new one....Yikes what a difference. The machine looks great, cooks great, and was a super deal. It's not as small as I thought it was when I ordered it. I'd say it's a medium size machine, which suits me fine. Cooks things in a fraction of the time that my very old machne did...and it's quiet. Very easy to figure out how to run. Order one you won't regret it. Read more
