This cookset provides a luxurious dining for a solo hiker, and may for two, if must. The anodization is well-executed, the measurement markings are prominent, and the size of the smaller pot is just right for a compact stove and a canister of fuel. I would not use metal utensil, however, for it will eventually leave scratch marks. The cook set is made of sturdy, yet lightweight, aluminium—it feels like hardened aluminium, and a stout squeeze does not bend the wall. Carry with a sheet of paper towel or dishwashing towel in-between pots, in order to protect the finish from wearing off while in transit. The pot lids serve as a mini-fry pan, although a little too small for any serious meal. But adequate enough for cooking eggs or sausage links for breakfast. The smaller pot/lid combination is actually rather small for cooking a decent sized meal, but perfect for tea or coffee. The large pot is plenty large enough for a filling meal. This is a great product, but is over priced. [...] sells the exact same thing for [$]. The only thing different is that it is called the coleman max anodized cook set instead of coleman exponent. The set is the exact same one, it even comes eith the stuff bag. All of the pot sizes are the same too, the only differance is the price. Do yourself a favor and save a lot of money. Read more
