I have always been a skeptic of taking any type of pill to try to manage my weight. After reading several reviews I decided to try Natrol Acai not only for the weight management piece but for all the other great results. I have been taking this product since January 2009 - It has worked wonders. The purpose of this product is an antioxidant - Not necessarily a diet pill. It says dietary supplement on the bottle - But, it also says dietary supplement on Vitamin C bottles. So, I wouldn't expect to lose weight from this. It helps remove all of the toxins from your body. I haven't experienced any bloating, dizziness, or any negative side effects. I have been reading different web sites on how to use acai berry products. You need to take with a colon cleaner for it to be more effective. I started taking it on Monday and when i weighed myself on Friday i had lost 2.5 lbs. I think I would have lost more but i love to eat sunflower seeds and we all know those have alot of fat in them. I had doubts about this product because it is so inexpensive, but it is doing the job so far and I am exited. I also do sleep alot better. I suffer from insomnia and usually take sleeping pills, but not this week and i am up by 6:30 am energized and ready to begin my day. Read more
