The Gel-bot is an innovative product that is sure to be a big hit with triathletes, cyclists, and other athletes. I like he fact that I can have one convienient location for all my hydration and caloric needs. It is great to not worry about gel packages-I no longer have to rip them open, think about the litter, or the mess they can cause when putting the wrapper back into my suit. Finally a combo gel system that works!

I rarely comment, but this product deserves an excellent review! It works perfectly (not sure why one user had issues with clogging). I have used it in very cold weather, without viscosity issues. It performs under race conditions as well as long training rides. Plus the contents are actually good for you (unlike other gel products). I can switch it out while in the race pack and I am not a hazard to other riders (I've seen wrecks caused by people dealing with their foil packs).... I give it my highest rating....hopefully the price drops a tad. Ride long and hard- Doc B. Read more

Sweet bike style bottle which effortlessly delivers energy gel, or liquid from two separate compartments! At home on cycling rides, trail running, spring backcountry skiing, and even equestrian sports, ie: ride and tie competition or fox hunting! I can fill mine with water and gel for sports, or beer and mustard for picnics and baseball games! It is brilliant. Get one before everyone else discovers them. Read more

Simply fantastic! I just set a new personal 1/2 marathon record today using the Gel Bot. Having your own fluids whenever you want them with the convenience of having gels/gu's with just a squeeze (instead of tearing the packets) - the Gel Bot is worth it's weight in gold! The reflective hand strap feels great and a nice safety feature. You need to get yourself one today. Read more

I use Hammer Products Perpetuem mixed into a gel-consistency for long workouts. This did not work in the Gel-bot. Anything too viscous will not easily come out the dual mouthpiece, even thicker gels or cool gels (if the liquid around is cool). The mouthpiece can be hard to work, one position for liquid, another for gels, and it's not necessarily intuitive. I like the idea of this, but in my opinion, it just doesn't reliably work in the various situations in which it would be used. Read more
