My mother recently used this when visiting our home. She commented on sleeping very well. It assembled very fast and maintained air pressure for about 1 week. Shiping was fast and free from overstock. I believe it was a great purchase for having an overnight guest. Read more

I have owned an Aerobed and now this AirCloud.
Good things.
Inexpensive.
Easy to move around.
Fast set up.
Bad Things.
Do they leak air?
Yes.
BUT, to top it off only takes a 5 second push on the button once or twice a week.
I have a feather bed topper on mine.
With this set up I find it very comfortable to sleep on.
I moved the Aerobed out of my room, and when I put it back in and pumped it up, it started leaking bad.
Not right away, in about 2 days. I could not find the leak and just bought this AirCloud.
I attribute the leak to me rough handling the bed during the take down put up phase.
You will have to get used to the fact that they can move around during the night.
You wont end up on the other side of the room, but you may have to nudge it back in place now and then.
Both the Aerobed and the AirCloud tend to smoosh down on the edge when you get out of the bed.
The Aircloud does this less than the Aerobed brand.
A minor thing, you will get used to it.
The pillow top model helps ke

I've owned two of these mattresses. The first lasted almost 3 years before the top material on the mattress ripped. I thought this timeframe was actually quite good given the mattress was used daily by kids and was not exactly treated with kid gloves.
I purchased another after the first one died. It lasted less than 6 months. The seams on the underside of the mattress developed pin hole size leaks on the ends which I was unable to seal properly (there are multiple seams on the bottom of the mattress) with either the patch kit provided or a store bought patch kit. The mattress tended to leak and required re-inflating every 3 to 4 hours when in use. I bought a bed to replace the mattress.
Not sure if anyone else has had the same issue. I might be tempted to buy another given the cost and quality of the first mattress. However, the quality of the second unit gives me pause.
The rating is based on the second unit. The first would have been 5 stars across the board. Read more

I purchased this airbed after several months of searching online. After reading several positive reviews I eagerly sent in my order. I needed this bed for a guest who was visiting during the 2007 Thanksgiving holiday. UNFORTUNATELY this bed failed it's purpose horribly. The brand new bed inflated quickly but also deflated quickly. My guest had to continually add air during the night which woke up others because the motor is very loud. My guest ended up sleeping on my couch (not a pullout) for the duration of the holiday stating it would be more comfortable and they would not end up on the hard floor during the night.

It should be stated that my guest did not weigh more that 140 pounds.

I am extremely disappointed with this product and I'm searching now for my receipts to see what recourse I have and will definitely look to return item immediately.

Save your money - your guest will thank you. Read more

I have always been skeptical of buying the air mattresses. Just read a lot of negative things about them. However, this is the BEST bed i've slept on in YEARS!!!! I love it. I wish i wasn't so traditional. I would toss my bedroom set out the window and use this one as MY bed instead of a guest bed. If you are thinking twice about purchasing this bed, don't think anymore, you will NOT regret it. It came to my house sooner than expected and i was excited. If i had to say ONE thing negative about the bed, it would be that You must hold the button down continuously to FILL the mattress. But even that is not a big deal because it fills so quickly, and i'm sure if it were automatic, we'd have a lot of people complaining that it filled so fast as they walked out the room, now the bed has exploded. (hehehe). Anyways, over all, if i had the need for another bed, i'd buy this thing again and again!!! Read more
