After waking up sore everyday for a few weeks I decided it was time for a new mattress as mine was 10 years old. I browsed a few local mattress stores and also a few other online sites before I came to Overstock.com. When I saw the pricing I was amazed. I had a few doubts about buying a mattress online but after reading other reviews I figured what the heck! The mattress arived in 2 weeks from the time I ordered it. What was kind of cool about the mattress and box spring were the labels on them indicated they were manufactured 3 days before I received them. Talk about made to order! The delivery people even delivered it on a Saturday which impressed me as alot of companies don't deliver on weekends. The delivery crew arrived about 2 hours into the 4 hour window they gave me for delivery and set the bed up for me. WOW! ok I got to admit, this only took two weeks to deliver..and the frieght company did call me the day before to let me know they would be here between 8-noon..then the driver called at 10 to say it will be 1 before he arrives.. well he didnt arrive till 6 that night! Oh and to add insult to injury.. he arrives in the middle of a freak storm we were having and hail! But they brought this set inside safely and set it up. I wasnt happy about the time it took to get this... but once it was set up and I walked in and saw how big this set was I was like a school kid! this is the BEST PURCHASE I HAVE EVER MADE ON OVERSTOCK! This pillow top is so soft and surely the best sleep I have ever gotten. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SET but dont take my word for it... get it and try it yourself! oh and it is sooo pretty the way it is.. I hated to put sheets on it..teehee Read more

I was timid to get a bed over the Internet but at the price I thought I would give it a shot. The bed came in about 2 weeks and was not damaged in anyway. This bed is firm and it sleeps great, normally I would wake up a few times with my back hurting but not with this bed! I love it! The delivery people called me a few days before they were set to deliver to tell me that they had the bed. Then they called back to setup a delivery time with about a 4 hour window. I am as impressed with the quality of the mattress and box spring as I am with the men who delivered and set them up for me. The information given to me regarding the contacts prior to delivery were exact. The set is in a guest house and was used for the first time last weekend. Great comments including "perfect degree of firmness". Of course, the high quality sheets and mattress from overstock added to their sleeping comfort. I have never ordered anything of this size sight unseen before and was hesitant. I will have no qualms in the future. Read more

I placed my order July 26th and received it today so I am overall pleased with that. The delivery guys were courteous and efficient. The mattress itself is soft but also has a firmness to it...meaning you do not sink all the way down into the mattress. I plan to use it as a guest bed and so I only time will tell if it is a comfortable nights sleep and if it holds up over the years. Overall I am very happy and would definitely recommend this mattress to anyone who is looking for quality without the huge price tag! Read more
