Any vacuum, including this one, with an inside filter is useless. Vacuum one time and the filter is dirty. Also, the plastic material around the paper filter builds up static and all the pet hair sticks to it. The original Fantom Thunder was an awesome vacuum, not this one. Do yourself a favor and look for a vacuum without a hepa filter in the dirt bin. That design is absolutely crazy! Read more

this is simply the best vacuum cleaner that i have ever owned. i have had a kirby,hoover,eureka,simplicity,and even a rainbow witch i still have but it is to much to mess with for every day stuff.i love this vacuum and wouldnt trade it for any thing. Read more
