My 19-year-old daughter assembled it with my help. It took us about 1.25 hours working at a leisurely pace. She did not have any problem figuring it out. Since the parts are bulky, it does require two people to assemble it. The assembly has 9 long and 7 short bolts. Someone could assemble it in 15 minutes if he were familiar with the assembly. The unit can be folded up. I could see why some reviewer feel the equipment is not stable. After tighten up all the bolts, I feel very safe inverting on the equipment. Overall, the equipment is well built. The price was very reasonable. The only problem we had was one of the quick release pin needs to be replaced; the spring for the ball detent came off. Read more

The merchandise arrived with in a work week. I was very pleased with the quality and began wearing the bracelet with my 14K gold charm bracelet. The new bracelet is a great match with the old and gives a nice amount of gold at the wrist. I need to have links removed from the watch band but look forward to wearing it. earlier I purchased a Dufonte watch which I wear regularly for dressy occassions. The watch and bracelet ccomes in a nice gift box useful for traveling or gift giving. Read more

This is a good idea, but the reality does not fit with what is promised. It is good to go forward, but you cannot go backwards. The pads for the thighs are too far apart. It is very difficult to put together. The ad said you could put it together in 10 minutes--not realistic. It took a handyman 45 minutes to put it together. It is complicated, the nuts and bolts do not fit easily, the instructions are really complicated. It is not intuitive how to change the settings. There are no instructions on how to use it. There are so many parts and missing directions for this unit. I haven't had the time to spread the thousands of little parts out and call the manufacturer. At the git go, a major part appeared to not fit. Whoever put this together in 10 minutes, email me and I will pay you to assemble the thing. My mechanic neighbor gave up after 30 mintes. I am sure it's me, not the System, so I don't feel comfortable with rating this unti I can figure out how to put it together properly! Read more

This item arrives with many parts and rather limited assembly directions. A family member put it together and expressed extreme frustration over the fact that they could not get it to tighten up to the point where it is stable. Also, it lacks recommended exercises or any explanation of how to safely use the product. I haven't given up on the product, but am disappointed in it to date. Not the usual great experience I have had with items purchased through Overstock. Read more
