I've used this pan twice, only for brownies so far. But the results were absolutely FANTASTIC! The brownies had chewy edges and fudgy centers. They came out of the pan extremely well, leaving nothing behind. I didn't even spray the pan first (forgot the first time, fortunately)! Even with an ordinary box mix exactly as directed, these were among the best brownies I've ever had. Can't wait to try brownies from scratch and other goodies. I wish this exact pan (material, craftsmanship, weight, finish) were available in a Bundt pan! Read more

This pan makes great brownies. I set the temp to 325* and bake for approximately 40 minutes. The pan is very heavy and conducts heat well. I haven't tried it for a meatloaf, but I think it would cook one very evenly without raw places in the middle. I have heard others say that it works very well for cornbread. The manufacturer does not suggest washing in the dishwasher. Read more

This was a great pan. I bought it for my wife since she loves the edges so much. From the picture I thought it was going to a heavy weight "clunky" pan. To our suprise it was really light weight, but heavy duty. We had no problem with things sticking and it even came with a small spatula that is perfect for the size of the pan. If there was only one thing different, I wish it had some kinda of snap on lid because cling wrap will not stick to it for nothing. This was a great buy and my wife and I are very happy with it. DEFINITELY worth the price. This pan makes the BEST brownies of all time! I loved mine so much I bought a second one for my daughter-in-law. I also decided to try using it with the cinnamon rolls that come in a tube - they came out delicious! (Just watch them closely - they bake faster than stated on the directions. I heard the rave reviews, but until you have this pan for yourself you cannot imagine how TRUE they are. I made walnut brownies the very first day and they disappeared faster than ever. My family and friends love that every brownie has TWO edges. They also come out of the pan so easily and it doesn't require and prep.
