the motor seems to have burnt out within 3 weeks of purchase. return policy doesnt look encouraging. having to pay for shipping to get repaired and also return shipment after repair is what made us decide to give up on this. my wife was using it as directed and the motor just failed. unfortunately, there seems to be no failsafe to prevent motor burnout. i believe you must avoid letting the motor spin for more than 20 seconds at a time, i.e. use in a pulse mode fasion, which is what my wife did, but it failed anyway. otherwise, if that hadn't happened, we would have given a very good review. had this blender for 5 years, used it almost daily. lost a part of it, and just bought a replacement. I'm normally a "trade-up" sort of guy, but as long as Bravetti makes this blender, it is the only one I will own. The thick glass blender pitcher has a great look and feel, It's super easy to clean, and if I hadn't lost that part, I think it would have lasted another 5 years. Read more

i really like this chopper. I like the fact it is glass because the plastic ones never get clean. It really chops well and has the quad blade and for the money it is really a good buy because you got a chopper as well you can use it as a blender to chop ice. Read more

This blender is a big improvement over the standard design--easier to clean and use. My one complaint is that the smooth dome shaped lid is a little difficult to grasp--a handle or knob would make it much easier to put on or take off of the glass container. Read more

Best little food processor I've found. It not only pulls the food down to chop it (as opposed to having the big chunks sit at the top and spin) it makes the best smoothies and it is a snap to clean. What more could you want? Read more
