        Surprisingly bad design from B &amp; O, a company I have always been impressed with.   For starters, the phone cord cannot be replaced since it does not have modular connections at both ends.  Second, the base is so light that it slides off the table at the slightest pull.  Third, the phone does not fit the hand and is uncomfortable to hold for longer periods.
