It's actually pretty powerful for something ran off of a rechargeable battery. I was shocked actually at the power the thing has to go over my carpet. Motor is very heavy duty. However, durability isn't the best since the first time I tried to clean it the plastic peice on the front literally fell off; not broke, but fell. Other than that, very reliable battery (haven't ran out of power while vaccuuming a tough floor or for a long period of time) and outstanding suction power. Maneuverability is very good as well with it's swiveling handle. Recommended, but excercise caution because it is made out of plastic. Read more

It has 3 speeds, an easy-to-reach on/off switch and a no-touch dust/hair collector that I can snap off, empty, and snap back on. THIS IS AWESOME! I use it everyday on my new laminate flooring. I use it to sweep up little crumbs; and use it also on my rugs. I HIGHLY recommend this item. The price; you cant beat..and the durability is just outstanding. I am EXTREMELY happy with this. Very light and portable; and it is very easy to discard the picked up dirt in the trash can!
