I have used this tea for at least seven years, and it keeps my system regular. I have consulted my physician about it and he told me it was more like a stool softener than a laxative, and he said there was no problem with drinking a cup of it every night. This is the only thing I have found that does not cramp my stomach. I drink it every night and my bowels move regularly every morning. This has been a prayer answered for me. I have used this products a few years ago. It works if you wanna get rid of "unnecessary" that you are carrying around. However, I would not recommend to use it long-term as your body gets addicted to it and won't do "IT" on its own. Read more

I have been using this dieters tea for 2 weeks now and I feel great and I have lost 10 lbs. I have used many other products like this before and I get the best result with this one. Most other diet products leave me feeling bloated and my hands tight from water gain but not this tea. I feel more alert with no mood change like most diet products. When I first used this product it was for the purpose of weight lose, but I found that this product has allowed me to be regular again without all the cramping and pain that happens with other laxatives. It is a good product for losing weight as well, along with deit and exericise. I would recommend this product. It's great. Read more

I heat my water, place the bag in the water, let it steep for 10 minutes. I've never had this problem with this brand before, but the bags, every single one so far, has fallen apart and the "stuff" on the inside oozes out into the water. Then I have to get a coffee filter out and pour it over that into a clean cup. It's been a super hassle. As I said, I've not had this happen before and I've used this tea for a long time. I don't know how to let the company know this. I will checkmark that I would recommend it to a friend, but I will have to warn that the bags may not be up to par. Other than this problem I've encountered with this batch, I have no other complaints. It's a good product and I will continue to buy it,. Thank you for asking for my opinion. That's nice. Read more
