Fantastic Product

I have two french bulldogs. One is almost 5 years old and has always had loose stools and is a very picky eater. His litter mate and brother had the same problem. The owner of his brother contacted me about this food and said it was the only food that finally worked for them. Since they're brothers we thought we'd give it a try. It has been wonderful! For the first time in almost 5 years he has normal stools. I don't have to constantly be following him around with wet wipes. I also noticed that he is more willing to eat on a regular basis--something I never thought would happen, especially with kibble. Another great thing is that the amount of bowel movements has greatly decreased. Both of my dogs used to go several times a day. Now on this food they usually only have to go once a day. The only complaint I have is that the kibble is rather large, so it is a little big for my small bulldogs. A smaller kibble for smaller sized dogs would be great. Read more

From the day we found our little rat terrier chihuahua, she constantly had the runs. We took her to the vet to see if she had any type of parasites or a virus of some sort and the vet said she was perfectly healthy and suggested we try a different food. So 4 food types later we came across this and within 3 days of eating it she had SOLID stool!!! I couldn't believe it!!! This food is great! I wish the kibble was a little bit smaller being that our dogs are 15 lbs. and under but as longs as it keeps working I am happy. We have been feeding it to both of our dogs for over a year now and still no runny stool! I am very happy with this food! Read more

When we got our pitbull puppy, he was only 5 wks old. From the very beginning, he had problems with digestion. As soon as he would eat, he would start having diarrhea that would continue for hours and end with him vomiting. At first, I thought it was because he was so young, but as he got older, it became obvious we had a bigger problem. I felt so sorry for him (and my carpet!) everytime he had an accident he would cry and look so ashamed. The vet suggested we try switching his food. To make a long story short, we tried six different brands and finally (after about 6 mos) found this Sensitive Stomach formula. He is now nine months old and has had NO problems since he started this diet!!! I am so grateful! Read more

My dog Lilly has acid problems. She would eat and a few hours later she'd be walking around gagging and in the middle of the night, she would vomit saliva. The vet suggested a sensitive stomach food. I originally started with this stuff, then I tried to save a couple bucks by switching to Natural Choice...that didn't work, she went back to gagging. So, I went back to Science Diet. A while later I tried Pro Plan, that didn't work either...and it smelled like fish food...YUCK. So, I am now back to Science Diet and will never switch. Apparently it is the only one she can eat. She loves it and from experience it is easier on her tummy. Read more

I'm not a huge fan of the science diet brand but my 15 yr old yorkie has been recently diagnosed with IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) and becomes ill several times a day even after trying chicken & rice, beef & rice based foods but when I started adding SD sensitive stomach to his food, the symptoms diminished considerably. I attribute that mainly to the egg protein in SD as opposed to the real meat protein in my premium dog food. Read more
