I've had 10 or so bags in my past 2 1/2 years as a mom, and this bag is the BEST! What mom wants to carry a baby bag AND a purse? It's just one more thing to carry. This bag solves that problem as it doesn't look like a baby bag at ALL, but still will still function wonderfully as one! *Sippy cup sized pockets on the inside *zippered pockets to hold the wallet and keys *a cell phone holder that can be attached to the strap on the outside for easy access to your phone *enough open space on the inside of the back to comfortable fit even CLOTH DIAPERS (I can put 6 blueberry minky pocket diapers in it, with inserts already in, and it only takes up half of the bag space on the inside!) *the make up bag proves useful for crayons or small toys if you don't need makeup in your bag *the bottle holder is GREAT for tall and slender sippy cups for those who breastfeed and don't need it for bottles. It has great internal storage pockets as well as external pockets that are wonderful for quick storage of keys, cell phone, wallet. ect. Looks great if you have to be dressed up a lot for work or special occasions. The inside is very roomy and the pockets for the bottles are expandable to perfectly fit Avent bottles, which I learned the hard way, many diaper bags do not have that feature. I did not give it five stars b/c the thread, while holding the seams together somehow, constantly fray,and make the bag look worn out. It was very heavy and all the stuff that comes with it was way to much and I never used it and when I tried I couldn't get everything I needed in it. I am Alreays ready for anything but with this bag While trying to put my everything prep kit it wouldnt fit and caused the ziper to break! Also some apploe juice spilled inside and the smell never went away. I used it for a couple of months and decided it wasnt worth the hastle of trying to shove everything in there.
