I bought this for my daugther for Christmas when she was 18 months old. She has always been small for her age so I was afraid she wouldn't be able to reach the pedals, but you can adjust the seat to slide forward (and then tigthen it in place with a screwdriver) and she had no problems reaching the pedals. She rides it throughout the house with no problems (we have wood floors) and she loves to ride it to the park. It comes already assembled and it folds up, not flat, but enough to move it out of the way if needed. The only problem would be the little basket on the back doesn't stay snapped too well. It isn't much of a problem, and it probably has a lot to do with her wanting to sit in there when I first got it, but children should'nt be in there anyways, she likes to keep her blanket or small dolls in there and ride around. Its a good first bicycle, although, I would get some type of padding to go on the first handlebars in case the child falls foward, its just an exposed metal

Please dont waste your money on this tricycle. It was bought as a Christmas present for my son and it is very poorly made and my son who is not rough with it at all, turns it over several times a day. The box on the back is made out of thin, cheap plastic and bends very easily. I regret buying this and will be returning it to the store. Read more

We thought that this tricycle would be good quality because it's radio flyer. We were kind of disturbed to see though that when our daughter rides it, it tips very, very easily. She's not riding too fast, or turning too fast - it's just a product design problem. If you do wind up buying this, buy a helmet at the same time! I would skip on buying this one and buy a more reliable trike instead. We are going to see if we can return this one and regardless of the outcome buy our daughter a new tricycle. Neither I or her father feel safe having her ride on this. Read more

This was a great purchase for our daugther. We gave it to her for her 2nd birthday, she is now 3 1/2 and she still loves to ride it. It is much better than the other tricycles around because of it's size (other kids we know could never reach the pedals on theirs) and because of the ease of pedal motion. It was great for learning to pedal! It also folds up very easily so we took it on many trips. I am about to buy another one for my 18 mos. old son. He is always pushing our daughters around. Read more
