I just got this board. I searched long and hard on the internet and I decided on the Burton Bullet. I really enjoy that it is a wide board since I have size 13 feet. I have not had trouble with toe or heel drag. The stance is set back 25mm yet i still feel comfortable riding goofy or switch. It is quite flexible which helps with quick turns and gives it extra forgiveness. It also has Burton's "cruise control" technology, where the edges on the side of the nose and tail are slightly angled upwards to help reduce catching an edge which makes transitions from side to side very smooth while carving. I also like the graphic on both sides. It's awesome having a board that feels the way you want it to, but it's also nice when you like the way your board looks. I really like the board, and all for a relatively inexpensive cost.

P.S. I ride this board with Burton P1.1 Bindings and Burton Ruler Boots. I would recomend those to anyone as well. Read more

This is my setup: This board at 157, Burton Hail size 10 boots, Custom Brew Bindings.Im 510 and weigh 185. I bought this board and took it to Heavenly for two days this weekend (Jan 17-18, 2009). Conditions were so-so, it hadnt snowed in 2 weeks, so it was a mix of machine made and slush, but never really icy. This board is tough to beat for the price. I got mine for $240, and you can probably expect it to drop more as the season progresses. The edge hold is above average, and stability is excellent. It is relatively light for a board at this price point and adequately springy and responsive. I was able to pop between edges at high speed and confidently able to hit the brakes without much chatter. I initially experienced some drift on my back foot when turning toe-side, but corrected that by adjusting my back binding. On my old board I set my bindings at 15 degrees in the front and -5 in the back. On this board, I went to 15, -15 and hit my stride. If you are used to a longer or narrowe

The Burton Bullet is designed to be a smooth ride. In that aspect, the board has certainly succeeded. When carving through fresh powder, it feels as if the board isn't even attached. the ride is smooth. Because of its size though, it is not very balanced when it comes to jumping and freestyle. Anyone who wishes to go fast and pound on a board without reprecussions, this is the board for you. Read more

The Burton Bullet Snowboards 260mm underfoot width keeps your toes and heels from dragging as you rip the mountain from park to pipe to powder. Thanks to a slightly directional shape, wide nose, and a stance setback of less than an inch, the Bullet Snowboard gives you flotation for pow days without sacrificing freestyle performance. You can charge switch through the park and hit a trackless stash in the same day with this Burton board. The Bullets fast, easy-to-maintain Lightspeed Vision base gives you plenty of speed, and a damp Fly wood core reduces chatter in the chop. Read more

Ok so I finally decided to get a board last year, I got sick of renting but I didnt want to drop a ton if I wasnt going to ride much. So last year I made it out to the mountain 7 times, and Ive already been 12+ times this season and this board is still shreddin like a champ. Holds turns at the top and has pretty good pop in the park, this board does work for the price. If you are looking to get into snowboarding, buy this board. If you would consider yourself an intermediate rider but dont want to drop 500 on a board, get this - you wont be let down Read more
