The biggest problem I have with the x-20 is its lack of battery strength. It plays about 1 hour and 20 minutes on a charge. The instruction manual and advertisements say "it will play hours on a charge". The controls are somewhat difficult to work, as all of the buttons respond differently in proportion to the length you hold them down. I am getting better at operating it, but still not very confident that I won't turn it off instead of skipping to the next item on the playlist. Unlike the first reviewer, mine plays video fine, once converted. The memory is big enough to hold a full length movie, but it is marginal if the battery would allow you to view it at one sitting. If you buy it for video don't even consider, it doesn't really play video after putting up a small clip with the converter, it played the first two seconds of the clip and stopped.The user features are awful, and it doesn't have a feature to fast forward or rewind only skip and back, the sound is also very bad and since i don't want to throw my money in the garbage I'm using it as a portable hard drive.
